We had a very good experience working with Earth Inspired.
From the outset the engineers were engaged with making a system that suited our needs and were responsive and thoughtful during the design and specification.
The plumbers were neat, tidy and considerate, and cleaned up after themselves as they went along.
There has not been much in the way of teething problems – what there has been was very quickly dealt with. Telephone contact has been immediate and helpful.

Earth Inspired are our go to plumbing and heating engineers. They project managed and installed our electric heat pump system and we couldn’t be happier with the product and service provided. They’ve also fitted and plumbed a utility/toilet/shower room and various other plumbing jobs. The whole company are friendly, courteous, prompt and extremely knowledgable. We always feel safe in their hands.

These guys are absolutely excellent with heat pumps and are doing an excellent installation for me. Highly recommend.

Very reliable, and professional. Great knowledge and keen to resolve all plumbing issues rather than just ignore them. Excellent team, happy to recommend and will be using them again in the future. They replaced our aging boiler and hot water cylinder along with a full drain, balance and replacing some faulty TRVs.

I’ve been using Earth Inspired for the last 3 years to do our boiler and ASHP servicing and they’ve always done a good job. Recently when our boiler stopped working, I was impressed that Danny called me back within 10 minutes, kept in constant communication, and managed to fit me in same day. He also got the engineer to help us trouble shoot the problem, which allowed us to use the boiler while we waited for Brian to come out. He managed to figure out what the problem was, and we were back up and running in no time. The service from both Danny and Brian was excellent! I’m still well impressed! I highly recommend Earth Inspired 🙂

Since being introduced to Earth Inspired it is very difficult to go anywhere else. They have a friendly and professional approach and have treated our pharmacy premises like it’s their own!

Earth Inspired was the first time I used them to have my bathroom fitted and my boiler serviced. They were professional, punctual, and efficient – no waiting around and no issues at all. We had an issue with our heating and boiler so phoned Earth Inspired. My call was answered straight away, a plumber came out that afternoon and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Highly recommend Earth Inspired.

Installed our Vaillant heat pump. Installation is beautifully done. We had dealings with most of the office staff who were all really friendly and helpful. Most important of all we are now toastie warm and almost looking forward to winter.
